[Resolved]  Dell — college offer

Sir I am Sanyam chawla. I bought the dell laptop on 14th august 2014 from an authorised dell store in faridabad( neelam chowk). They told me to register for the college offer which I did the next only and had sent the documents through courier to the banglore office address. On 25th august I received the mail from your side. After one week the amount i.e 1299 was debited from my acount. its been more than 2 weeks I have not received the the college offer from your side. Below is the mail received by ur side I want to know the reason asap.
