Dell — complaint against driver

This incident happen at nirman vihar metro station red light at 8:45 pm(approx). I don't remember bus no. but last four digits are bus no. 8971 and the bus is of DTC ROUTE NO 623 ( FROM Shahdara Terminal to Vasant Vihar CPWD Colony ) and it was a red color Air conditioner bus.The bus driver tries to over take our bike suddenly coming from back and hit our bike, lucky my side dicky got touched otherwise i might be hospitalized. I tried to shout at conductor as the bus was Air Conditioner he was not able to hear and as when he comes to known that i am complaining about driver he start ignoring me. The driver was doing rush driving and I think he was drunken too. The driver don't care and also not follow traffic rule as he is didn't horn before over take and didn't maintain safety distance. In this incident was my bike side dicky was totally damage and it might cause serious and fatal damage to me. I request to to take serious action and even cancel his driving license, as he is very dangerous to public and may cause serious accident to anyone. With regard Neelabh [protected]
