I am facing problem in using my computer for more than one month. I tried to contact dell on telephone. But they said I have to be near the computer for getting the service. SO I asked my daughter to call up after switching on the computer since I was in office. She was connected to a mechanic who did not respond. Thereafter I tried several times with only failures.
I then lodged a complaint through mail on 12/09/2015.
My guarantee period is expiring on 28/09/2015. Hence It seems Dell is deliberately delaying so that the expiry takes place.
So far no response from the Dell side. Dell has a defective system of asking for land line no. I dont have a landline no at home hence I have to give my office landline. My mobile no has been given in the alternative telephone no slot.
