Dell — Dell dealers and distributor mistake

I have purchased a laptop (DELL INSPIRON 3558) from a dell retail outlet on 3rd october 2015 but when I entered in my BIOS on 19th Oct I found that it is a DELL VOSTRO 3558. There was a sticker pasted on the front of the laptop of inspiron 15 5000 series But the serial no. displays that it is a vostro system. I have contacted my dealer but they are saying that we are not responsible for this you have to contact dell. I have also contacted the customer care department but they are only transferring my calls to other department every time but I have not got any resolution yet.
