Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased dell inspiron i5, (price-45, 000/-)on 1st january, 2013 from Forerun, Panampilly Nagar, Cochin. Service code is [protected]. I neatly & rarely use this laptop.And now it has lot of complaints.After completing the warranty period, from the next month itself keyboard, screen and speakers became complaint. I thought dell is the best so only i bought this, , and now I understood that dell is very poor in its quality.My cousin bought a compaq laptop 6yrs back, and still its working properly.. I donno how this happened to dell. Actually we are not getting money simply from the air...we bought this dell laptop with great expectations, and now its all in vein. Just now I got a call from this number([protected])saying that this guy will replace the laptop with new one and he told me that he's calling from dell, he asked 1500 rs as replacement charge..and told me that it has to be kept secret. I refused to pay the amount, when I enquired him the details..he just cut the call. I am planning to give a complaint to cyber cell regarding this call. dont try to fool people like this.mind it.
