[Resolved]  Dell — Dell inspiron windows 7,14 inches laptop not opening windows

i bought dell laptop as mentioned above in mathura-U .P. India in march 2012 from smart computers, vikas bazar mathura-u.p. india for Rs.42500.this laptop is not opening windows for last 2 weeks and despite making complaint to the owner of the shop namely arvind chowdhry, mobile no.[protected], no action for repair of the said laptop has been undertaken by the aforesaid owner of the shop.kindly help to get my laptop repaired at the earliest my name is vivek chaturvedi, address is-house no.33, jamuna dham colony, goverdhan road, mathura-281004, u.p.india my mobile no. is [protected].my email address [protected]@gmail.com awaiting a quick response.thanks vivek chaturvedi
