Dell — Dell Monitor shows line

Dear Sir/Madam, Few months before i purchased Dell Monitor E1914Hf from Mumbai, for my home use. But within 3 months it shows lines on screen. I was connect it on another pc of my friend, there also lines shows on Screen. My friend's Desktop does not show any lines but mine. Conclude that My Desktop is faulty. I was tried to complaint on dell but they ask service tag or express service code. I dont have it. I have Date of Mfg which is Jan 2015 and Serial Number CN-0X0T4K[protected]U-FY2B Dell Model E1914Hf. What To do??? How to solve this Problem??
