Dell — Dell tablet does not get charged

I had purchased a Dell Tablet from Amazon Order Id[protected] dated 29/3/15. The tablet has recurring problem of not getting charged. I had sent it to the Service center at Hyderabad TWICE and spent nearly one third of the amount paid for the tablet on just reaching the service center from my residence... yet no solution to the problem. I am now frustrated... how is it that the service center claims changing the mother board also and the problem persists...
