Dell — Dell Venue 8 Warranty Status issue

I have purchased Dell Venue 8 32 GB Tablet with Wifi today. The Product description on the box and while purchasing the the product stated that the product has 1 year Brand Warranty. On receipt of the product, I first opened it and checked on the website of Dell to check if it has valid warranty. However, to my surprise the product warranty shown on the Dell's website shows that the warranty for this product is mostly expired expect for carry in service warranty which is said to be valid only upto April 7, 2015. I have the invoice date as on 6/2/2015. Still I can't understand why the warranty is being wrongly shown. My service tag no. is BXPMJY1. Awaiting quick reinstatement of warranty from dell.
