Dell — Did not receive the Back to college offer items

Hi, I got a mail from [protected]@rwp.in on Aug 20 saying we received your documents and We shall validate the documents received and shall revert on the same in 7-10 working days. Sep 12 I got another mail from [protected]@rwp.in saying, we are pleased to inform that the claim request has been processed and the warranty entitlement with an additional 2Yr NBD+24/7. But the below two are still pending 1. Levis voucher code 2.The Senheiser headphone I am trying reach the number[protected]what is given in dell site but it is always busy.And also I dropped two mails but no reply.
