[Resolved] Dell — Found Battery Damage, Dell reluctant to replace and not launching the complaints | |||
Dell Latitude 3540 NT/ 8GB/1 TB was purchased vide invoice no CISPLM/0376/13-14 ON 31.10.2013 FROM M/S CYGNUS INFORMATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.ANDHERI MUMBAI. Tag no 6CT5QY1 when switched on laptop message displayed at screen "Battery damage, require replacement" Battery is under warranty. Many a times complaints was tried to register at Dell customer care no [protected]/[protected]/[protected] but misguided.Part is under warranty but no cognizance is shown by M/s Dell.
