[Resolved] Dell — fraud service by service provider. | |||
Recently i got m battery changed through the dell service center in named APEX SYSTEMS, krishna plaza sector-6 dwarka, new delhi. athey changed my battery and did some routine servicing of my laptop and charged me a total of Rs 3150/=. 3 days after this my lap top started to shut by itself without any error message . i contacted the service provider and explained the problem and the sent a technician to look into the same . He checked my laptop and told me that its some hard disk problem . He removed the 2 GB RAM and left only 1 GB RAM and told me to use and check . But the problem is still there. My laptop runs for hardly 20 min and get switched off by iteself . I then again contacted the service provider, but now they are saying that it has a mother board problem and it would cost me 10, 000 RS for new one . I explained them that the problem was not there before they serviced my laptop, but they are not taking any responsibility . They are not even ready to reinsert the 2 GB RAM in my laptop and say that i have to get it done on my one . When i called them 3-4 times explaining that its wrong and cheating, they started to yell and even threatned me not to call again other wise i could face dare consequences. I my work is on hold and no body is listning . I have attached the bills along with my complaint kindly help... Was this information helpful? | |||
