Though I had purchased Dell laptop model Inspiron touch, i7 processor, many more features with benefits additional warranty, headset, gift voucher, etc, offered by you people after paying an amount in addition to the amount for laptop to avail this offer. After purchasing the laptop I couldn't get these offers till now. what to do to claim this offer? Also, I would like to know whether office 2013 was trial provided with this lap? whether these offers are just fr namesake to get more customers or whether the dealer had played the game?
