Dell — hardware problelam | |||
Dear sir, i had purchased a Dell inspiron series 3521 TAG No GZ65T02 in 21 may 2014 from authorized Dell centre (Thane).From the day of purchase the laptop is experiencing severe problems . The laptop dosent boot properly and is experiencing severe hardware problems.There have been incessant problems and i had submitted my my laptop almost 5 times to the authorized service centre .The Dell technical team have incessantly failed to resolve my problems .I had numerous telephonic conversations with the team but they have shown complete ignorance and bad behaviour .Since day 1 am having problems with my touchpad, this problem was resolved recently after frequent visits to the service centre . i was unable to use it during my exams due to which i had to hire a system. The dell service centre have kept my laptop for almost 15 days but have failed completely to resolve the issues.The laptop dosent have a proper refresh . The technical team is completely unresponsive and i feel completely frustrated and lost . I strongly urge Dell to consider my issue and provide me a replacement with immediate effect.I have lost all my data and this has become a routine basis.I have lost complete faith in my product and also in the company.If the replacement is not given to me at the earliest, am going to lodge a complaint againt dell in the indian consumer court Yours sincerely Rutuj Puranik my warrienty is lost to 7 days Was this information helpful? | |||
