my monitor was in problem so i logged a complain with complain id[protected].it had replaced on7th February at 5.55 p.m i received the monitor but the replaced monitor had no serial no in its back side so next i log a complain dell customer gave me the same complain id that is[protected] and told me that your problem would resolve after verifying our back end depertment it would take 24 to 48 hours and you will get a mail from our back end depertment .but i am not yet getting any mail from your side i am now being frustrated because the replaced monitor is also 2 years old from my problem monitor that i had sent i shall be highly obliged if you take an immediate action otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
