I purchased DELL 3511 laptop a year. And now its warranty has been ended last month.
As dell hasnt provide a genuine product to me because after buying the laptop after 2 or 3 months its hinges were broken . And currently i am facing the same issue again .

A Dell XPS 9550 was given in for general service at the Dell service Center in Domlur. There were only 2 issues with the laptop.
1. Speaker not working properly
2. Right and left mouse button not working.

But as they cleaned the machine to pull out the dust, they are now saying the motherboard is unresponsive. The system was working perfectly fine before the technician opened it up....
