Not repairing the laptop since last 3 months

My dell laptop got damaged due to accident. I submitted it on 24.02.2022 in your service centre Bhubaneswar. The manger told me he will repair it in 15days. But even after passage of 3 months it has not been repaired and now the manager is not reposting to the phone. Replacement laptop doesn't got on hand

I brought and new dell g15 laptop and turned out the display got problem and dell offered replacement, the faulty unit collected then nothing really happen, no reply to any of the mail

Facing so much problems in new laptop from day one

The patch of the screen had been plucked off

I bought my dell laptop on 3rd of April and within a one month the patch of the screen had been plucked off. On 20th May the side of the screen was bulged out and please mark my word it was neither mishandle nor fallen down from anywhere. Touchpad issue in brand new Dell Laptop

I have purchased a new Dell Laptop (Model - Inspiron 15 3000) on 14th March 2022 for price Rs 46000/-. Dell Vostro 3510 - Poor quality built and huge performance issue

Advance payment taken for undelivered Service and money not returned

Dell Alienware laptop not turning on

Dell laptop(Alienware 17 R4) not working( not even turning on now) after the 6th service.
The motherboard has been replaced 3 times with defective motherboards all the times.
I am at a situation where I dont have a laptop for the next week thanks to this horrendous service.
Kindly get a permanent or temporary replacement laptop with same or higher specs for a week....

Dell Inspiron 5410

Repair delay

I am having very bad experience with Dell support team !!

I had raised repair request on 25 th April 2022 but there is no change in status of my request from that day .

I am calling to customer support but they are putting me on long hold and disconnecting my call.

Poor Service Response

1. Service request for new laptop under warranty was placed on 19 Apr 22 for 'hinge' of laptop that was broken and it was conveyed that the same will be resolved within 5-7 working days. However, the part has still not been shipped.
2. The laptop is being used for college studies and repair was urgently required, moreover laptop is essentially required for exams.

Issue was not resolving from the last 20 days

Issue in recently purchased laptop

I have recently purchased Dell Vostro laptop on 13 Apr-22 through Flipkart portal(from indospirit private limited), after I received it 18 Apr-22. On 29 Apr -22 I faced problem that display shows blur and displayed suddenly not working. But I tried to reach Dell customer support but they are not working on weekend and after 6PM on weekdays .
