I have purchased dell laptop ci3/iii gen/4gb/500gb/win 8/one year onsite warranty. Details are s/n-7dj23x1; qudeu[protected]; sku-3521 insp for rs 36500 vide receipt no. 6826 dated 22/12/2013 from m/s himcon systes, u-32, first floor, durga city centre, haldwani - 263139, nainital, uk. In july 2015, flickering in display on the screen appeared, i contacted m/s himcon systems for rectification of the descrepancy, then above dealer changed the screen on charged basis. I paid rs 4500/- towards charge of new screen vide receipt no. 149 dated 05/08/2015. Now again, black horizontal line appearing on the newly replaced screen since last two months. Therefore it is requested that plz rectification may be done at the earliest or laptop set may be changed to avoid further difficulty at customer's end. Product is worst what i think.
