[Resolved]  Dell India — Dell authentication service center are stealing the original parts from your laptop without you realizing it.

Hi, Dell service center people are Chor. I had problem in my laptop I called service center, They told me that for non warranty I have to go another center . I went there and gave 5000 rs for repairing my laptop. Again in 25 days I had the same problem then I went to original service center there was 1 person named Sunil he told me that he own that another center. They took my laptop and told me that they will repair it in dell center itself. Again after 1 month they gave me back my laptop but now the climax is They changed my hard drive which was working fine to an another a Hitachi hard drive and other than that they stole my WEBCAM hardware as well because currently it is not working. Now my laptop is a complete mess without original WB hard drive and web cam .Even these authenticated service center steal the thing from your laptop and you will never know about it. They wont even let you know about it and if you are a non technical person than you will never know. Dell service center has broken my trust and I believe they have done it with many people. They even took my receipt from me so that I cant file a complaint against them. my bad. I hope dell will take action against such person because they making fool of people. They have changed many things in my laptop even my service tag has changed and I dont know what is this all. I will sell my laptop to some dealer because I dont want to use dell laptop any more and will suggest people to never go to their service center. They steal the originals parts. Date I submitted my laptop is around 7 Dec 2015. They have respired my laptop but original parts are missing since I am a software professional and not an illiterate person I knew what all has happened with me.I only have the invoice of another center which is linked to dell center. I am attaching the slip which contain the number of person who has this center and working in dell authenticated center as well and they stole my hard drive and webcam and took 5000 rs from me as well in dell authenticated center which is in front of RAJ Cinema sec 14 Gurgaon .
