I am very disappointed with the way things have happened with my Dell Laptop since I purchased it in March 2015 in terms of the hardware quality and performance of the system. Both have been very poor which is not in line with Dell's quality assurances.
After multiple replacements of hardware parts like touch pad, hand rest, motherboard, keyboard and visits by the dell service technicians still the issues are not getting resolved in which I am wasting my time for each visit.
This time again on Jan 30th 2016 the mouse touch pad is replaced and the technician himself could not work and found faults in laptop to get the touch pad fixed. The problem still persist and I am not sure what should be done to get all issues fixed. Either you CHANGE/REPLACE the laptop completely with a brand new one because I cannot keep following with Dell each month to get things fixed and not getting resolved finally.
I will wait for a satisfactory solution asap.
