Sir I am b sathish, i purchased dell inspiron 3542 lap tap which worth 28000 rupees from dell authorized store on 4th april 2016 in andhrapradesh. At that day only i am found lap tap has speakers problem which means that fully distorted noise is occur then i was complaint to your customer care then your company send technician to my home on 11th april 2016, and he replaces speakers but still the problem is not resolved. Your technician only call to your company regarding to this problem and he said to you that this is mother board problem not speakers, after that your company accepted for replacement. On may 26th 2016 blue dart will collect my old lap tap which is have service tag number h6n9582 and then i am get new lap tap which will have same configuration and same model number from distributor bulzer tech because your company representatives told me that we don’t have same model in stock but we will give to you same model from distributor. For replacement process my case is handled by your dell representative nazia saleem, then she is mailed to me give pick up address then i am replied to her both pickup and delivery addresses in chennai. Then after she mailed to me that ” replacement system not given by dell company but given to you by distributor so we are not delivered the lap tap to your delivery address, distributor given lap tap to your dealer and then you collect lap tap from dealer “. I am accepted her request and come back to andhrapradesh to collect lap tap from dealer but without inform to me your company shifted lap tap to chennai address. This is your company mistake, for your mistake i am pay 1000 rupees to collect the lap tap from chennai.in this issue i am completely dissatisfied your service New lap tap which is have the service tag number 65r9582 is shifted to chennai address on 15th april 2016 but your representative inform to me on date[protected] and i am collect lap tap from chennai address on date[protected], after i am found that same and exact problem of speakers is repeated which is i am observed in old lap tap h6n9582 and battery also not working properly in new lap tab 65r9582 even though your dell company promise me that we will provide to you quality lap tap, this means dell company given to me same lap tap by changing the service tag number Was this information helpful? | |||
