Dell India — Dell Inspiron warranty information not available | |||
I have bought Dell inspiron 5559 from Himcom Systems, (Phone no.[protected], [protected] email id. [protected]@gmail.com), Haldwani - 263139, Uttarakhand on 01/11/2016. I had registered with dell on the same day. But, even after 7 days, warranty information is not available for this product in my dell account. It says the product is out of warranty . But, according to the dealer, it has 2 years warranty. When I contacted dell for technical support, they said that they cannot provide any support until and unless warranty information is updated by the dealer. I have contacted the dealer many times, but has not received any proper response. I have the invoice with me. I am waiting for your response. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
