[Resolved]  Dell India — Dell lcd monitor in1930 not working

Purchased a dell monitor on 10/2014 with model no in1930f (s/n cn-0wwdyx[protected]j-a5db and date of mfg jul 2014) which is under warrenty, from lotus infotech, kottayam, last week onwards it is not working and tried with another power cable but there is no led indication for power on, i tried several times with u r toll free number ([protected]) and failed
Plz do the needful at the earliest,
