My Laptop's down arrow key has got some issue. Yesterday when I called Dell Support they said it wont be replaced even if it is under warranty. alter when my engineer called they said that customer said product has been damaged and that is why key got the issue, whereas I never said so that my product got damage. I mean how can they lie. This is not right. Customer buys the product pays so much for this kind of service or product??

I request Dell to replace my keypad since the product is under warranty and there has been no damage to the product anytime.
