[Resolved] Dell India — No payment receipt by Dell Authorized Service Center Pune | |||
I visited Dell Authorized Service Center in Pune managed by M/s Regenersis (India) Private Limited on 11th June 2016 for repairing of my laptop Dell Inspiron 1564. The front end enginner Mr. Sameer Sorte asked me to make payment of Rs.1364 via credit card and told me I will receive payment receipt over email only. After not receiving any receipt for 4 days, I called service center and they told me I will get receipt by evening, but no receipt received. After a week, I collected my laptop after servicing on 17th June 2016 and again asked for payment receipt. This time the guy at counter gave another excuse and told me that I will get the receipt within a day. After waiting for another week, I called the service center again. This time they told me that they have shortage of staff to issue payment receipt. All this is looking quite suspicious, how could an authorized service center take money from customers without issuing a payment receipt. Please help me where I can register a complaint and get my payment receipt. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 27, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After repeated follow-ups, finally received tax invoice from Dell, 17 days after payment. Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
