Dell India — Not replacing faulty product | |||
I have Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop. I have an issue with laptop display which shows white screen only. My system is out of warranty now but as per the Dell's policy I can get the replacement support for my system's part if it falls under 90 days replacement policy. Which means if Some of my system's part is changed and if it gets faulty I can get a replacement for it in 90 days even if the warranty is over. As I'd got this part after 9th March 2016 I can get the support for the same which is also confirmed by Dell Support. But now they are denying to support saying Sir system tools are down, they are under maintainance, they are saying me the same from last 10 days And sometimes they disconnect my call by giving reason of transfering call to senior.
