Dell India — Phone call disrupting | |||||
I am a dell user facing issues with my lappy sevice tag : HK51Q32 i had to call customer service everytime nd wait for a long time and that tooo we can call only on working days (every working person couldnt access these services bcoz of the worst timings..as technical help is there only on monday to sarturday from 9 to 6) Many people can see abt thier complaints only on sunday, and these people arent avialble on SUNDAY THis telephone line completely sucksssss !!! there was no clarity in it, and the customer care executive says something and i literally cant hear anything, ...i wonder how such a worst service is provided by such a international company Was this information helpful? | |||||
