I have a Dell Latitude Laptop. I was raise a request for quote for Bezel Back cover and engineer visit on 1st December 2014. After some many times follow up at last I got the quotation. Once I got the quote I made the PO and did online Payment on 4th January 2015. And a attachment of PO and payment details I sent to dell. After that I followed up with dell by call and mail.
Today we reached on 11th February 2015. I am not getting a single response from Dell. I have never expected this type of poor and worst services from Dell. Though I have refer buying products from Dell to so many friends and colic but I am really regret for this.
Except Dell technical department you can't reach anywhere through IVR. I am really disappointed with dell for its service. Was this information helpful? |
