Dell India — Reckless behaviour of dell for upgradation of warranty and not getting support from customer care | |||||
I purchased a dell inspiron 15 (service tag no f6lv732) laptop from diamond infotech pvt ltd kolkata dealer of dell on 19 june 2015 but my warranty detail and upgradation of warranty not updated till date. i contacted dealer many time in last four months dealer said your warranty will updated very soon. i contacted customer care they are saying we are not responsible for any thing you should contact your dealer. I am technically facing lot of issue with this product. a multinational company like dell will behave in this reckless manner is unimaginable. i did not expect this type of behaviour from company. they will come to you for selling the product but they will not honour their commitment afterward This is very sad story of a multinational company who fools the pepole with marketing gimmick like"back to college" offer and forget about after selling the product. O i request the company through you if any responsible person in company will take care of it and solve my complain or they will still sleep like khumbhkaran.
