Dell India — Usb port is not working

Dear sir/madam i have buy a new Dell laptop before some time but unfortunatly after before some time the USB port of double side is not working. my service tag(s/n) is H8WBL52 AND EXPRESS SERVICE CODE IS [protected]. PLEASE CHECK IT AND REPAIR/ relplace the same part.hope you will take action timely. my contact no is [protected] name Ghisa Ram Nagar.
