Dell India — Warranty and charger problem | |||||
Dear Sir, I want To inform You that Last year i Bought "Inspiron 15R 5521 Service Tag: HX71HY1 | Express Service Code: [protected]" on 7/8/2015 Now i want To inform you that On Claiming accesories warranty The Dell store refused accept warranty Claim He said that Your laptop Is out of Warranty so we cant provide you Any service. My Charger(adapter) Not working Properly But On claiming Warranty They refused inspite of having Bill (issued on 7/8/2015) So i want To request you Please Contact With Concerned Authority And Ask them To extend My warranty and tell Them To wear the cost of Inconvinence Caused To me As they Are Not Providing proper "After sales Services " To customers I can Sue on them For This Kind Of "After sales Service oN Court Of Law Against Consumer Protection Act.
