Please refer to the above products. I have bought the above Dell PC during Onam festival season and as per your offer i am eligible to get 2 year extended warranty at free of cost. I have registered the product for warranty but the warranty status shows only one year warranty. What is this ? Please take necessary steps to provide the warranty that you offered and avoid further inconvenience in this regard
