Dell — Inspiron 1564 : Service Tag no :28825BS - Worst Service Ever

I have good working dell inspiron 1564 laptop wih display lid hinges was broken and i asked for dell support team and i paid Rs.5000 INR for non golden replacement parts. One Service technician came to my place and done service and make my laptop dead and went off. after that i called dell support for answers about this issues.. they told motherboard fault due to improper service done by the technician and they accepted to redo the service for free of cost within a week. but two moths gone. still no one came to my place. but periodically they are calling me to confirm my address alone.. this is happening for past 45 days. how long still i need to wait.?? they are telling the reason like "destination cldnt be reached by courier service". i want to ask "how cum now alone the destination cldnt be reached which is the SAME destination where they done their first service to damage my laptop...?????"

My Dell inspiron 1564 Laptop which was working at fine condition with display lid hinges where broken, I called dell support for replacement of hinges and lcd plastic panels and paid 5000 INR for non golden replacement parts including heat sink and fan. after payment and order confirmation formalities done. one week later. a service technician came to my place with hinges, heat sink and fan alone (Lcd plastic panel not included), but i asked for lcd plastic panel replacement also. and he done service with the parts which he had. after finished the service. my device is not getting turned on. it went totally dead. he gave me a rose color service report slip (attached with this mail) and he went off. After that i called dell support again regarding this issue (spent 4hrs to reach dell customer care!!!) again they sent an engineer to my place from same service team and he opened my laptop and told that "Motherboard Fault due to improper service done by previous technician, ask dell support again for this issue". Again i called dell support (again 3 hours!!), They told that some of your representatives will call you soon... as they told.. i got call from support team daily and after three days. they agreed that the service technician is responsible for dead condition of my laptop. dell will take responsible and will sent you motherboard and lcd plastic panel for replacement within a week for free of cost.(this happened on 1st week of October). I told ok. then after a week no update from dell support. again i used to call them daily spend bunch of hours to reach and they told that "parts are ready to despatch, please confirm your address. I told them my address(which is same where the first service was done). after 2 weeks went. no response from dell.. again i called for an update. they called me back every two days and confirmed my address alone for more than 5times in these past 5 weeks from 1st week of october.!! (i dont know what they thought about their customers so that they can confirm the same address for more than 5 times in 4 weeks). still now no one came to my place and not giving proper response to my query.

Now finally customer care speakers telling that "YOUR DESTINATION IS NOT REACHABLE!!".

Really i dont know how come the same destination( where first service was done) cant be reached now?? I dont know what logic behind this. They never failed to call me every two days and telling "this is regarding your service request and i ll update the status" and put my call for 3 or 5mins hold and confirm my address and end the calls... the same thing happening for more than one and half months and nothing happened more than that.!! i dont know why he put call on hold after calling me instead of took my request update before making a call to me..?? I am much fed up with Dell Service and Support and totally disappointed.
