Sir, i have purchased a laptop from dell and the laptop was having problem every other day it has been a year now exactly and since january i am facing some problem or the other . i have visited to the service centre in the last two months around 7 times and now lost my patience sir, when asked for replacement they say nothing is wrong we are unable to figure out the exact problem and so it cannot be replaced. my laptop stops functioning and powers off all of a sudden and i am unable to complete my works due to it pls help me with it sir. i still have my warranty

Sir i forgot to mention i bought the laptop on may 2013 and i started facing problem since jan 2014, pls give me suggestions on how to resolve the issue i don need a replacement i atleast need my laptop to function properly i have spent around 55000 for the laptop and am highly dissapointed for it now pls if anyone can help me solve this issue pls fwd me the details

SOUND WHEN POWER ON

A SOUND IS PRODUCING WHEN LAPTOP IS POWER ON. IT IS LAST FOR FEW MINUTES. AND WITH A SMALL INTERVAL. BATTERY LIFE ALSO FOUND TO BE DECREASING.
