Dell — motherboard replacement

To whom so ever it may concern. Hello, i am Parth Raval .I have purchased dell studio 1458 laptop (service tag 9xh26bs) on 16/6/2010 (which is out of warranty) On 5/12/2013 unfortunately laptop has stopped working so i contacted dell on [protected] regarding that so they have told me that motherboard is to be replaced so i agreed to that and told me it will be available after few weeks and the next day i called them they told me that it is not available worldwide(which i consider false statement), and the reason for not providing is they have stopped manufacturing(which is againt customer satisfaction) inspite of paying 11000 they are not providing it and also they are not mentioning reliable unit for repair, today 18/2/2014 i again called and the person i had interaction was sneha and without listing to me she disconnected the call. it is about 2 months laptop is out of service. as i am engineering student many of my work is on laptop, i want to file a complaint on dell internationally and i request you to please find the solution of this problem. let me know if anything else Regards, Parth Raval [protected]
