We have purchased above product from Vishnu Computer Land, Hawa Sarak Jaipur vide Bill no. VCL/3101/11-12 dated 31.01.2012. During the year 2014 hard disc of the above set crashed however this was changed by the dealer as it was under warranty. recently about 15 days back display of the set has disappeared. Immediately we contacted the dealer who after checking the set he informed us that motherboard of the set has failed and it can not be repaired. The option left to change the motherboard which is costly item and moreover it has warranty for above two months. We purchased the above set with a thinking that Products of Dell are good and have good image in the market but after purchasing this we faced above problems with in a short period. We have left with no option but to purchase product other than Dell. Such failure of product will give wrong message in the market. We request you to please look into the case and ensure best possible help to us.
