Dell — No service provided in warranty period

I have a Dell Venue 7 3000 Series Tablet ( model no : 3740, 16GB, WiFi, 3G, Voice calling ) Black, which had purchase on 09.02.2015 from amazon.in, my invoice no : HR-DEL[protected], suddenly it was highly heated then i have found the memory card was burn, & also the place of memory card was mould, & I have not use the tablet, when i trying to on it, then i get the tablet heat. then i contacted with Dell Authorized service Centre, of Central Avenue, Kolkata . but they are not co-operated with me, So I request you please give some solution regarding this matter.
