[Resolved]  Dell — Non functioning of webcam

(1) I have a purcahsed a laptop( Inspiron 3521), Service Tag is 42RCRX1, AND EXPRESS SERVICE CODE IS [protected] last year.Now from few days webcam of my laptop is not working. In this regard i taked to your cutomer care but they are unable to help me.

(2) As i am working in government department i have a very little time to enquire about all these things. so you are requested to please send your representative for resolution of my problem.
