Dear Sir, We have a dell laptop this Express Service Code [protected] Before 3 month we extended warranty then my laptop is not working right, my problem is when we start skype software for taking then we hear incoming voice but not going outgoing voice. So i am taking 4 time your's Customer care but the are not satisfaction but call disconnecting, So please take an positive action as soon.
