Dear sir,
Past year i got shifted from india to Uae.
I reported issue of motherboard &charger from past 2to 3 months.
Refurbished motherboard replaced 2 times with nearly daily followup with a service engineer but due to defective product bring used i am not able to utilise my system.
Now the third party service engineer is also send request to dell several times but he not getting motherboard and charger.
All communication were made with dell uae but still no response.
Should i file legal complaint against dell uae for poor support.
Also no response for existing warrantee extension.
My pc service tag DMDC3P1.
