Dell — Regarding 5% cash back offer on card payment

Hello Sir, I Manish Khaladkar purchased DELL-3542 laptop on 25 October, 2014 from DELL Store Tilak Road, Pune -411030. That time as per you suggestion I have make my payment by SBI card. The offer is 5% cashback on total bill amount within 45 days. But still I don't get any money back. For same reason I have visited DELL store Tilak Road that time they gave me one contact and said I can get offer from that. But that number is not responsive means when I called they said this is not any DELL related.
