Dell — regarding processor not working properly

Last year, i purchased Inspiron 14 with 8.1 operating system and i3 processor . It hangs again and again . Within a year, I restored it to factory settings thrice using customer care help . Whenever I use net, even in shifting among tabs it hangs for a minute and then shows not Responding and final y i need to close all my tabs . I am really fedup of doing work on this syatem . Kindly tell me what to do as soon as possible .
