Please find laptop details, requesting you to replace the battery as warranty expired dated 14th Nov 2014 . Actually, the problem was being faced since last 7 days but the problem could only be diagnosed on friday late evening (14.11.2014)only. Due to closure of office on saturday-sunday, the complaint could not be lodged and coordinated with dell team for raising ticket for troubleshooting & battery replacement as the complaint job is being carried out by ONGC Infocom devision.
