[Resolved]  Dell — restarts when laptop is manually shutdown

DELL LAPTOP W560367 IN8 INS 15 [3537] S/N-f528102 this is my laptop model information.I purchased the laptop on 15/05/2014 When i shut down my laptop, it automatically restart again. On 29/05/2014 i made contact with dell service centre.They told me to come to service centre. I told them my problem.They told that it is a Operating system problem.They changed OS from Windows 7Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional after 3-4 hours.but the Problem is still persists. Then they told that it cannot be solved now at a moment.they told tomorrow dell engineers will come and make will try to solve your problem. they came configured . But the shutdown problem still persists. What should i do now??
