Dell — Service Issue | |||
My dell laptop is not switching on since morning. I made a complaint to dell support but they refuse to help me out as it is not on my name. I have already send them the original scan copy of invoice but they refuse to provide any support. Service Tag - 6QZVFY1 Invoice Number - [protected] Customer Number[protected] Invoice Date - 02-Aug-2013 As per terms and condition my laptop is still valid for on site warranty. They even told me that multiple visits has already been made for repair of concern laptop and they will not provide anymore on site warranty. I am really fed up with all this follow ups to get my laptop repaired every time. Kindly help me to replace my laptop and with ownership by my name and carry forward the remaining warranty left for the laptop.
