Dell — Speaker Issue

Hi, I purchased a laptop of Dell from Croma on 6th of Jul-14. I had listened songs 2-3 three days in Windows Media player. After that I found problem in speaker. After that I had reinstalled sound drivers still there was same issue. I had tried after that to listen in VLC still there was same. Now today when I had booked complaint in dell I got replied from there' you had installed VLC player not your laptop speaker are not cover in Dell warranty, however speakers has been damaged before installing or using of VLC media player.
