Dell — tag transfer

I have bought my dell laptop from Saudi Arabia with service tag BV2HQY1 (service code [protected]). I have been requested to transfer my laptop tag from Saudi Arabia to India.I twice done the same proceedings.They told me that the transfer is done within 15-20 business days. But it is completed a one and half months.I called them foe several times but they didn't respond in a good way and i lost my warranty period.I have all the proofs with me. Thank You
