Dell — Touchpad is not working properly

Dear Sir/Madam I had bought a laptop Inspiron 15 (3542, Early 2014) on November 30, 2014 from a laptop showroom in Nehru Place, New Delhi.The touch pad of my laptop is not working after 2-3 weeks from buying date. For that problem I had contacted to showroom, Nehru Place, they have said to contact with costumer service, because, your laptop is in warranty. Further, I had contacted to Dell Service Center online on 11 January, they don online repair but the condition of touch pad was same. I had bought my laptop from nearest showroom, Nehru place and I am suffering, the problem in touch pad of my system from starting. I had complained to Dell center. They just made me fool by online repair. I had request them to come and see the problem, they ignore it. I am working on my laptop in very dull way. The the end I don, t tell any thing more but I can't forget that I will not have to buy a system from the brand name by Dell or related it company. I think, there is manufacturing problem is associated with this laptop. So, the proper treatment should be replace my laptop or return my money. Here, I am waiting for your strict actions.
