Dell — Trouble shoot error for 3 days | |||
I never expected such kind of response from a organisation like DELL. I should say pathetic response from a customer care executive. On 2nd July 2015 your customer care person starts the trouble shoot process ask me to get a Operating system DVD for processing troubleshoot which we stopped because of the unavailability of Operating system. I consider my urgency and bought a brand new operating system with my money and waited for the response call which the executive schedules on 2nd July 2015 between 02.00PM - 04.00PM. But he failed to come online and the same time he re scheduled the same on 03rd July 2015.
