Dell — Unprofessional behaviour by dell | |||
I bought a dell inspiron 7537 laptop on 18th April, 2015. The screen has a small green spot and the battery sometimes drains quickly.I contacted the dell customer care immediately and they didn't help me that time.I registered my complaint but dell has been unable to solve my problem. I wanted to have the parts replaced first but after seeing their treatment towards their customers i don't want to have their product now. I was told that they can't change the lcd screen but for me they will make an exception and will replace the part. The green spot on the screen is a manufacturing defect and it isn't that noticeable otherwise i would have never taken the laptop. The shop i bought the laptop from they filed my request for the system replacement but dell doesn't want to replace the system. They don't even want to refund the money i spent for their defected product. The spot on the screen is irritating and every time someone is watching a movie or something the spot annoys with it's presence. Even after their constant mails and calls i really don't think these guys are going to help me. When i complained about the product they were ready to replace the part but now i was told that lcd replacement is not a part of the policy. After all i have been through, i asked for a system replacement or a full refund which they are unable to provide. Even the employees lied to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
